New Post: Sections between different building blocks

Hello,

I'm new to your add-in and currently I'm playing a bit.
Is it possible to define static (layout / text) sections in the template, that won't get replaced?

For example:
Introduction <-- static text
USER STORY (building block)
Preface text for our tasks <-- static text
TASKS (building block)
Preface text for the test cases <-- static text
TEST CASES (building block)

How can this be achieved?
